Welcome to our guide on Case Management. Civil court filings are governed by California Rule of Court 3.700, et seq. The purpose of the case management process is to move cases along to resolution by setting deadlines for discovery, and exploring the possibility of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or settlement.
