For filings outside of San Diego County or if there is not a San Diego County form to fit your situation, you may use one of the sample pleadings below. You can save the samples to your laptop or device, and fill in your own information. You will need to tailor it to your own circumstances and set of facts, and you may wish to do additional research prior to writing and filing these documents.
